“Well-known for his ability to handle the pressure that can occur with the time-keeping of an athletic event”
James Swiczkoski has faithfully served the Rogers Athletic Community for over 25 years. To date, Jim remains a fixture courtside and in the press box at all Freshman, JV, Varsity, Wrestling, Football, Basketball and Volleyball events.

Jim quietly goes about the business of moving an event along with calmness and most importantly, integrity. Jim is well respected by opposing coaches, players and game officials.
Jim is a 1961 graduate of Holland High School. However, he comes to Rogers by way of his wife. Marcia Eitniear, Class of 1963. Jim and Marcia have been married forty years, have four daughters and are proud grandparents of six.
“Jace” as Jim is known throughout the softball world, is a retired thirty-year Toledo Jeep Sheet Metal Specialist. He is also an accomplished Class “C” softball coach. Jim currently manages the Journeymen, which garnered National and World Championship Honors in 2003 and a State Title in 2000.
For over 25 years, people attending an athletic event at Rogers, whether through the turnstiles or on the court, have been unknowingly treated to a person truly dedicated to the student athletes at Rogers High School.
